President Dündar the expression about that subject,the conflicts between employer and worker will solve by mediaton ant it will not be case again.He expressed that it will save lots of time for business world.He said that both employer and worker will not deal with these problems,and thet will use their energy for other subjects.

With classical judge system,and big problems for business world,the text between employer and worker will be secret,ant it will not be example for others.president Dündar siad that this must be understood very well by business world.The case taht continue for years will be finished.President Dündar said time is cash.

Dündar said that there are alot of advantages of this system.He said that if they could not produce a solution the mediation can offer a new request.
How system will progress
Dündar summarized the new system like that:
The conflicts between employer and worker will solve by mediaton not by case.If they do not agree they will go to court.The office at court will solve this problem.This procedure must pass three weeks.If they cannot agree first two hours will pay by justice ministry.If one did not joýn the meeting,and mediation finished,the person that did not joýn the meeting will be explained.and the money will be paid by them.
