In this context, a cooperation on a new support model established with KOSGEB(Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization ) in order to support and expand the business trips of SMEs abroad, and to increase their export capacities by making these trips more qualified. In the face of our industrialists, who are committed to increasing their exports and contributing so much to the economy and employment, the restriction of exportation of FLOUR-CRACKED WHEAT -PASTA-LENTIL and CORN, which are predominantly exported from our region, in particular FLOUR is inadmissable. This practice (application) may aggrieve the WHEAT producers which is the most widely produced crop in our region especially in MARDÝN and may prevent factories from producing.

President of Dicle Flour Industrialists' Association Veysel DUYAN said according to Wheat Flour Export Prohibition :
- Our industrialist operating in flour production are affected, and demanded 80 (Special Conditions) efficiency application be implemented in addition to the 84 efficiency application in Flour production
- After 28.08.2018 , provided that wheat is imported first, the export of bran should be allowed as is flour exports, .
- After 05.09.2018, as seen on import conditional documents, due to overseas flour sales links made in August, there were low price outlets but wheat was imported at high prices.
- In the transaction documents corresponding to this period, the rate of foreign currency utilization shall be increased to 120% temporarily.
- In this difficult period, the burden of the letter of guarantee should be eased, the performance criteria for processed agricultural products should be reduced from 500.000 USD to 100.000 USD (Since imported Wheat prices are higher than domestic one, an aconomic resolution to be found).
- Providing an additional period of 6 months to the processing permits issued before the date of 17.08.2018, in order to ensure the import rights of the firms which have completed their exports are preserved (high prices from the domestic market), since the wheat is bought and are sold abroad with the international prices the exporter impairs because of these transactions as a result of prospective import expectations
