The head of the Board of directors, DÜNDAR, attended the General Assembly of Customs and Tourism Enterprises (GTÝ) inc. General Assembly of Customs and Tourism Enterprises (GTÝ) Inc. was held with the participation of the president of ,Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcýklýoðlu. In his speech at the General Assembly, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcýklýoðlu thanked those who contributed to the successful efforts of Customs and Tourism Enterprises(GTÝ).
Hisarcýklýoðlu indicated that half of Turkey's foreign trade is made through land custom gates but since there were no investment in Customs gates for many years many issues occured and this in turn caused imputed costs. Finally, Hisarcýklýoðlu stated that they took the first step in 2005 to solve these problems.
TOBB President underscored that Customs and Tourism Enterprises (GTÝ) Inc. has become the most successful example of public-private sector cooperation and a pilot project in the world.
Furthermore the president said '' the UN showed this project to the entire world and encouraged people and contiued his speech citing UN ; ýf you wish to make your investments in a safe and fast manner, do as Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges does.
