The stand opened by Kiziltepe Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mardin Bulgur Industrialists Association at Geographical Indications Summit in Ankara received a great deal of attention left its mark in the summit.
The famous cook Hikmet Ölçer from Kýzýltepe and his team prepared kier-boiled bulgur pilaf with meat, rice with chickpea, meyhane pilaf, lentil meatballs, bulgur salad, lentil soup and yogurt soup and served them to visitors throughout the day.
Long ques were formed in front of the stand opened by Kiziltepe Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Selahattin Öner on behal of 'Öter Bulgur' and General Secretary of Kýzýltepe Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ahmet Aslan served up the guests.
President of Kýzýltepe Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mahmut Dundar and Mardin Bulgur Industrialists Association President Faisal Sun said they were pleased with the interest shown at the Kýzýltepe stand.
