RESEARCH REPORT OF THE BANK OF THE PROVINCE OF MARDIN, MONETARY AND CREDIT

I)INTRODUCTION

-This area work was done by classic and private bank in Mardin city and towns banks  and joining banks in april 2017

-This research is common work of Mardin city and towns Rooms/Trades

-The work was done by contribution of MAÜ students.

II)METHOD

-Totally We met 12 bank department

-Area work was done face to face

-In survey these 5 questions were asked at classýc way.

1-What do you think about relation Banks and Mardin Industrialists/traders?

2- The relationship between banks and is robust in Mardin Industrialists and traders?

3- What are the problems you have with Industrialists and traders in Mardin?

4-When granting loans, what kind of information and documents do you request?

5- In Mardin you give more credit than most sectors/activities, what will affect?

-The answers given, as well as has been subject to the assessment. Therefore, the answers for each of the Bank may not apply.

-Because the scope of the survey is limited by in-depth analysis instead of the general assessments done due diligence have been taken in.

III)INSIDE SURVEY

The answers that given questions were mixed and listed:

1-What do you think about relation Banks and Mardin Industrialists/traders?

-Banksare important for merchants and industrialists

.- Good days and bad we are with our companies.

-The nature of the relationship varies according to market conditions.

-Among the banks that are present in the competitive environment of firms in our favour.

-Companies who want to regenerate and grow in close relationship with banks.

-We have good credit and deposit relationships with the merchants and industrialists.

2- The relationship between banks and is robust in Mardin Industrialists and traders?

-In the current conjuncture, banks and businesses (merchants, Industrialists) is located on the same roof is a solid foundation of relationships .

-Market conditions were positive, solid relationships, otherwise it is weak.

-The loan installments regularly credited unless Our relationship is strong.

-Relationships are very tight and good.

3- What are the problems you have with Industrialists and traders in Mardin?

-Of non-performing loans in the repayment problems occur.

-Especially in the chase consists of problems falling in loans.

- facing problems with regard to provision of necessary documents.

- Some external factors (economic crisis, security issues, etc.) therefore, delays in payments can occur.

4-GENERAL EVAULATION

-In the province of Mardin and its districts which carry out banks, is expected to have a close relationship with the business world in general.

-Banks, agriculture, industry and service sectors to provide funding to almost all businesses in the activity.

-Information requested documents may vary from bank to bank. In addition, according to the nature of special credit information-document-on-demand can be made.

-Under normal conditions, the loans requested of bureaucratic information-documents the simpler the better. But overall they increase depending on the country and the world economic conjuncture-it may decrease.

-However, the business world and the information-sometimes negligent in obtaining the document poses a significant problem for banks that are able to act. Especially in the missing information-documents, problems with the approval of the general directorates of the bank that issued the loan principal (credit request is a denial of any suspension, etc.) can lead.

-Of course, in Mardin, in general business, faithful to loans. However, some intrinsic-extrinsic factors, therefore, the problems are not being experienced.
