On 14 december thursday,with auspices of President,mobilization meeting and Employement Mobilization award ceremony was done by work and social security Minister and Tobb.
To the award ceremony,all around of Turkey about 2000 person,who belong to Room-trade member and bussinessmen, came to presindetial house.
Dear President started employement mobilization at TOBB Turkey Economy meeting on 7 february 2017.He invited to TOBB member gave once more job.
Prime minister and government gave employement encouragement,and work world took risks for future of our country.
Turkish bussiness world did not ignore president call and made a great success at employement.since 2017,we gave 1.5 million people extra employement.We thanked all our firms for these.
To the award ceremony,the cities that increased their employements since january,the cities that gave extra employement as scalar,sectors and firms,in addition to the firms that gave employe to women and disabled people took award.We congrulated these firms too.
TOBB and Room-Exchange circle,as in the past,today they will make investment for the future of Turkey.They work non-stop in order to Turkey become richer,develop faster,create more employe,solve the problems of bussýness world,They gatheres the matters of bussiness world,found solution to them,and made great effort to solve these problems with Prime minister and government.
During these period TOBB and Room-Exchange circle and work and social security minister came to field together.With visitings,Room-Exchanges came together with business world ,workers and artisans.At cities the governor and Room-Exchange presidents took this work.They organized the meeting with the head of governor.The presidents of Room-Exchange explained the supports and incitement that occured.
TOBB and Room-Exchanges,to reach more people made an organazatýon as named''we will do this work''.We can say that we did this work.Employement mobization means million work,million food.We grow up with employe.
At award ceremony dear president explained the encouragement about 2018 for business world.
EMPLOYEMENT ENCOURAGEMENTS:
-The person who employed at private sector,their taxes and SGK premiums will be paid by government for a year.
-the person who employed at manufactiring insudtry and information sector's taxes and SGK premiums will be paid by government for a year.
-The duration of time to benefit to this encouragement for 18-25 young,women and disabled person will be 18 months.
New explained employement encouragement will be used until 31.12.2020.
-Condition to utilization:the person who took extra employe,must be worked more than 10 days ,last 3 months,before entering work.
-The workplace that has 1-3 workers,for more employe 18-28 young ,fees,SGK premium and taxes,for a year will be given one month by employer,one month by government.
-On the job education programmes
-Ýnformation,energy and manufacturing sectors on the job education programmes came 6 months from 3 months.
-Other sectors will use it for 3 months.
The person who joýned the programme will by 54 ntl,general health security and work accident and work illness premiums were given by government.
The women who joined the on the job education programme and have a child between 2-5,at manufacturing industry,during the education will take 400 ntl.
-Cyber security,renewal energy,cloud communication and code works,that are the works of the future,the programme that done about that,for young between 18-29 will be go on 9 months. 75 ntl,health security and work accident and work illness premiums were given by government.
WORK EDUCATION
According to the MEGÝP,tobb and Turkey Rooms and Exchanges counsil,at manufacturing sector work education will be organized.It will continue 8 months both practice and theoric.The person joined the work education will take54 ntl,general health security and work accident and work illness premiums from government.
The young people especially at works that found diffucult,and need qualified labor,can be taken education at work education center at suitable time and conditons.The young people will take coupon.The commitment will be wanted for these.
-The encouragements for youngs
The orphan salary of 18-25 young people will not be cut.
-The young people who has got green passport,when they start to work their passport will not be cancelled.
-The encouragement for disabled:
The person who has got at minimum %40 disabled report,if he has got entrepreneurship education certificate at department that he want to form work,and if he wants to form a work,grant support that given by ÝÞKUR will increase from 36.000 to 50000.
