President Mahmut DÜNDAR emphasized that the social sensitivity should be raised in order to make the disabled citizens looking at the future with hope. ''Every healthy person is a disabled candidate and the problems experienced by people with disabilities are not only theirs but also thier families',environment's, in short they are a common problem of all the people'' stated Chairman Dündar.
Chairman DÜNDAR continued his speech with the following statement;
To ensure the participation of our disabled citizens in social life, to enable them to join producing class and to help them become individuals that generate , and to strive for this is the most righteous act. In contemplation of '' Being disabled is not an obstacle , as long as we do not hinder the disabled people '' I celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD), 3 December, and I present my respect and love. "
