Amendments to the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, which obliges the bearer share certificates and the information about the holders of these shares to be reported and recorded to the Central Registry Agency (MKK) in joint-stock companies whose shares are not registered, entered into force on April 1, 2021.
Bearer Share Registration System (HPKS) was put into practice by MKK on April 6, 2021.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Central Registry Agency, an Information Seminar-2 on BEARER SHARE REGISTRATION SYSTEM (HPKS) was held.
