22nd of meeting of Mardin city/town Rooms/Chambers,was done.The meeting was done at Dicle development agency general centerwith the host of Mardin Industry and chairman .

The participants of the meeting held on March 20, 2023 were as follows: Mardin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MTSO) Chairman of the Board Hatip Çelik, Secretary General Çetin Sasa, Accreditation Officer Elif Ýlhan, President's Advisor Mehmet Uncu, Project Assistant Murat Soydemir; Dicle Development Agency (DÝKA) Secretary General Murat Katý; Kýzýltepe Commodity Exchange Chairman Mehmet Þahin, Deputy Secretary General Metin Sert; Kýzýltepe Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KTSO) Chairman of the Board Mahmut Dündar, Secretary General Ahmet Aslan, Accreditation Officer Ferhat Dündar; Nusaybin Commodity Exchange (NTB) Assembly President Abdulhakim Aytimur, General Secretary Abdullah Dal, Accreditation Officer Ercan Çelik; Nusaybin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NTSO) Assembly President Þehmus Aydýn; MAÜ Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Economics, MAÜKÖK Coordinator, TOBB/TEPAV and Mardin Province/Districts Chamber/Commodity Exchange Academic Advisor Prof. Dr. Mehmet Behzat Ekinci.

Mardin Chambers/Commodity Exchanges provided information about the following examples of good practices that they carried out during the period:

KTB: Activities for the service building, Programs for raising awareness of farmers, Sharing information and experience about accreditation with Chambers /Commodity Exchanges, Disaster analysis and risk management studies in this context, Corporate customer relationship management (CRM) studies/applications, Ur-Ge project for Mardin Bulgur.
KTSO: Promotion activities for Mardin Bulgur, Accreditation studies, TOBB Anatolian High School studies.
MTSO: Corporate identity studies, consultation meetings for the textile, nuts and construction sectors, participation in international fairs for the textile and food sectors.
NTB: Strategic plan activities for the period 2023-26, Inclusion of the EU Green Agreement in the strategic plan, Studies for the livestock sector, Project studies for the promotion of local products, Activities related to Siirt Pistachios.
NTSO: Strategic plan studies, Educational activities, Administrative structuring studies related to Beyazsu, Activities for corporate members

The decisions taken at the meeting are as follows:

It was decided to continue the ongoing projects. The main ones are as follows: Increasing the effectiveness of the Mardin Chamber/Stock Exchange Joint Project Team under the team leadership of MTSO in the new period, improving the e-commerce capacities of members and, in addition, increasing environmental added value through collaborations with different institutions, Promoting Local Industrial Products, EU Green Reconciliation activities, MAU-Mardin Chambers/Stock Exchanges joint book project, Cooperation in the TUBITAK project on preventing stubble burning.
A recommendation decision was taken on the implementation of the “Social Entrepreneurship Training Program” for members through cooperation with the MAU Continuing Education Center (MAÜSEM) or other institutions. During its activities, it is aimed to realize the potential of members in this direction with the ‘Social Entrepreneurship’ programs, defined as a type of entrepreneurship that focuses/interests on the social, environmental, innovative and technological structure in addition to the economic dimension and thus prioritizes social benefits.
At the meeting, TOBB's New Accreditation System was discussed. In this context, Chambers / Commodity Exchanges shared the information and experiences they have gained from the training programs organized by TOBB. Within this framework, it was decided to exchange information and cooperate in the new period on the following issues: strategic plan preparation / implementation, financial literacy programs, human resources management, media-digital governance, information technologies, corporate CRM, new generation services, reorganization of professional committees, personnel competence, personnel-based performance measurement, professional management, risk management, evaluation of management effectiveness, project preparation, dissemination of lobbying activities.
Negotiations were held on the institutional structuring of the Mardin Development Platform (MARKAP). Within this framework, in different sectors (agriculture, food, textile, tourism, education, health, logistics, etc.) the importance of creating MARKAP's corporate infrastructure on a solid basis through specialized commissions was mentioned. This issue was discussed at the subsequent MARKAP meeting and it was decided to take the relevant steps.
It was decided to ensure the active participation of Chambers / Stock Exchanges in the process of creating women's and young entrepreneur boards and to act in a joint manner.
It was decided to continue the preparation of research reports on Mardin. Within this framework, it was emphasized that it is necessary to cooperate more closely with MAU in the preparation of socio-economic reports, theses and research reports.
23.It was decided that the Joint Meeting will be held in July 2023 hosted by Nusaybin Commodity Exchange.
